This property is located in a pleasant area of Eastbourne, within an easy five minute walk of the seafront. Almost directly opposite the property, visitors will find Princes Park, a wonderful place to spend an afternoon wandering the formal gardens, having fun on the boating lake, and playing in the children s play areas and seasonal splash pad. Next to the park is a fantastic water sports centre which offers instruction in a number of activities including windsurfing, powerboating, and stand up paddle boarding. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, the town s Victorian pier, and the South Downs National Park. Outside, there is a large patio garden to the rear of the property, with table and chairs, making it ideal for enjoying al fresco dining.
