The decor was disappointing, very dated and dingy especially the lounge. The bed linen was cheap and scratchy with no pillow protectors in use. However, the garden was very nice with comfy furniture and because the weather was glorious we were able to make the most of it. We loved Rottingdean, a gem of a place with lots of places to eat and drink and frequent buses within a few minutes walk.I don't agree with having to pay the £100 security deposit, especially when I had to ask three times for its return. Sorry but we won't be returning or recommending
