Set in the vibrant town of Brighton and boasting a prime location directly opposite the seafront, The Kings Hotel has been lovingly restored from three regency manor houses and maintains many of its traditional elegance throughout its contemporary guest rooms and sea view bar area. We are ideal for business and leisure visits, being only moments away from Brighton’s main attractions, beaches and conference centres. A superb variety of breakfast options are served each morning and we also have a walled courtyard. Our 90 en-suite guest rooms are individually presented with comfortable beds and bespoke furnishings. Many of our rooms boast breathtaking sea views and are designed to suit a range of tastes and budgets. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Disabled access rooms are also available and have been fully adapted to suit those with limited mobility. Our walled courtyard is also a fantastic place to host a BBQ or pre party gathering and is available for private hire.

Directions to The Kings Hotel

From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout take the third exit and drive west, with the seafront on your left hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. You will find the hotel on your right just after West Pier and opposite the band stand.
