The comfortable interior is both cosy and attractive with a living room area opening up onto a bright, large decked terrace which is perfect for alfresco drinks and enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with induction hob and electric oven. Stairs lead upstairs to two lovely bedrooms, the main bedroom faces the rear of the property and the single room has an additional pull out bed for guests. The location of Olive Cottage is perfect for exploring everything Brighton has to offer. This is a great holiday home to enjoy with family and friends.

Very nice little cottage complete with all facilities and comforts. Is a great base as it was easy to walk everywhere and close to shops and cafe's. There is a designated parking bay for the property to the rear, which is described in the welcome pack. Would stay again if in the Brighton-Hove area.

Olive Cottage is a small cute town house nicely decorated and has everything one needs to feel at home away from home. It is either newly renovated or very well maintained as everything is in good shape. Every day coming back after a long day out discovering Brighton, I was looking forward to enjoying this little house. The main bedroom is very comfortable with a good sized cupboard and drawer and a large cosy bed. The second bedroom is quite small with a comfortable single bed and a pull-out mattress underneath the bed. The built-in cupboard is tiny. The bathroom has an enjoyable large shower, only the basin is a bit too small for a proper bathroom but I understand why the owner chose it. The shape of the room does not really allow for a much larger one. The kitchen is quite well equipped but there is no need to cook as there is an abundance of cafés and restaurants in Western Road just around the corner. From the livingroom you have access to a little courtyard where you can enjoy the morning sun. The location of Olive Cottage is really an advantage. It lies behind the houses in Waterloo Street in a small yard. We stayed a week and did not move our car once. Although the website says that there is no parking there is a spot which belongs to Olive Cottage behind the house. Accessible from Little Western Road. The owner prepared a folder with a lot of information about the house and Brighton in general and it is nicely written and one feels really welcomed! Thank you! When we visit our student daughter next time, we will definitely book Olive Cottage again.

Excellent location, clean and well equipped, a home away from home. Beds are super comfortable, best nights sleep in ages! Owners provided us with a brand new high chair and travel cot which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend.
