Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to a whole host of wonderful locations including Devils Dyke, Leondardslee Gardens, Nymans, Glyndebourne, and Lewes Castle. For those who like the great outdoors, the South Downs offers some great local walks and cycle trails which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment. Enter into the hallway where there is space for leaving coats and boots and then head through into the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features.
