"Great cottage, immaculate in every way. Tony and Beryl were lovely with excellent local knowledge. Plenty to see and do in the area but could have easily spent the week just watching the wildlife from the back door. "

"Our Stay At Mulberry Cottage Ellicombe. Just had a wonderful week away at Mulberry Cottage, Ellicombe. Accommodation was excellent and the owners, Tony and Beryl, were great. Very friendly and informative of local events, plus Red Deer safari walk into Exmoor if desired. Lovely views from the back door towards Dunster with Great Spotted Woodpeckers and Coal Tits frequent guests to the back garden. Grass Hopper Warbler in field next to garden. First one I'd ever seen. Also male and female Sparrow Hawks, and Buzzards overhead, plus Red Deer visiting fields close by in the evening. All viewed from the back garden. We felt very welcome here, Tony and Beryl even set up a dog agility set in the back garden for our dog "Beryl" to have some fun. Great walks on the doorstep out into Exmoor, with Bridle ways to Dunster and Alcombe close by for shorter walks with interest, and much to see. Every pub we visited for our evening meals allowed dogs, which is fantastic. Great walks at Watersmeet, Lynmouth,Saw Dippers, plus course fishing at Burton and Shillingford recommended for those into angling. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. TV/DVD for evenings in plus all mod cons for cooking. Stable doors are a nice touch as are use of owners gardens. Thank you Tony and Beryl."
