"We had arguably the best week of our lives and we're very grateful to and the Owners for making this possible. On this trip, 20 people came together as a family and got to know each other and you can't put a price on that. 12/10."

"The cottage was wonderful, it was fantastic to have the pool so close by and it was lovely peaceful and quiet. We would love to go back again and would highly recommend the cottage to others."
    - Mrs Stoyanova, December 2018
"Definitely would like to return to the same cottage in this summer ."
    - Mrs Rowley, November 2018
"The layout of the kitchen was not very good and there was a lack of sufficient cooking utensils. Just a few smaller saucepans would have been very useful. However, overall everything was great, especially the heated swimming pool."
    - Mrs Wallace, October 2018
"The bedrooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable and all had some form of en-suite facilities. The dining room accommodated us all easily and there was plenty of seats in the lounge. The kitchen was well stocked including cleaning materials and cling film etc. We were especially impressed with the supply of sharp knives. The kitchen layout could be improved. The outside area is impressive, with some play equipment (which we weren't expecting) and loads of space for children and dogs. There are even some fruit trees, which is good at this time of the year. The swimming pool was well used especially by the younger members of the party. All were impressed with Willows."
    - Mrs Richardson, October 2018
"The gardens are amazing and we had beautiful weather which helped. Sadly, which was nothing to do with the Williws, someone crashed into our car on the way so we didn’t arrive until very late and we had to spend a lot of time during our holiday making phone calls to the insurers/car hire etc, but bring in the gorgeous surroundings helped. I would certainly recommend cottages if they’re all like the Willows!"

The house itself is very clean and spacious, with all bedrooms having a toilet, and most having a shower. The dining area is vast, with plenty of seating to accommodate all our guests around the table. The lounge area is home to many sofas and a huge TV. But it was the outside gardens that we all enjoyed most, plenty of space to enjoy games, such as rounders, badminton, cricket etc, with a separate field containing 2 football goals, which was very popular with the children. A very nice seating / patio area with a gazebo was great for those watching the games, as the weather was kind to us. However, it was the swimming pool that the children enjoyed most. A decent enough size, packed full of inflatables. An excellent weekend was had, with all who attended very happy with the choice of property."

"The rooms were all very comfortable with en suite facilities although some rooms did not have a shower. The younger members of our party took full advantage of the football pitch complete with goalposts and the very large lawned area for rounders, cricket and other strenuous activities while the olds could sit under the gazebo enjoying a drink or two and prepare the gas barbeque. There was plenty of storage space in fridges and cupboards and plenty of glassware and crockery for us all. It was also good to find general cleaning products provided. The swimming pool was well used every day but access for the older members was somewhat difficult, having to climb up the wooden steps with not much space to manoeuvre. We had been concerned beforehand that there would not be much to do in the area, particularly if the weather had been poor. In the event, we had a week of sunshine and found zoo parks, boat rides on the river Severn, the Ironworks, canoeing, quad biking and segwaying, all within 30 mins drive and all great fun and new experiences."

"10/10. We have just had an absolutely amazing week away at The Willows. Booked a year ago for a 30th birthday celebration with family ageing from 2 years old to mid-80's. We were all hopeful for a good week, and we certainly weren't disappointed. The place was really clean and tidy, and there were even added extras we weren't expecting, such as loo rolls already in all of the toilets, and dishwasher tablets. The number of rooms and showers and toilets is brilliant. The pictures of the living areas don't do it justice because there was more than enough room for us all (18 in total). It was lovely to be able to all sit down and eat together also. The outside area had us though. We had the most amazing weather, and pretty much all lived outside! The football area was a hit, and it is great that it was away from the rest of the garden so the boys could all run themselves silly, while the rest of us could chill in the sun. The shaded area was also a great touch for those of us who can't face the sun! The horses were a hit with the kids - a lovely added extra to be able to see them. The pool was fab, and added another activity to do for us all. Loads of games and bits to do - impossible to get bored. Loads of little extras, like the outdoor speaker for example, were the cherry on the cake for us. We all had an absolutely amazing time and would 100% recommend this to anyone - we might even book ourselves again at some point in the future. A massive thank you to the cleaners and owners for making everything so perfect for this special family celebration. Many thanks."
    - Mrs Maynard, July 2018
"This property was ideal for families wishing to have a get together. The accommodation was spacious, the garden was huge with a footballing area, childrens play area and loads of comfortable seating for the adults. There were 18 of us in our group but because the property was so big we didn't feel on top of each other. A great time was had by all our family. Thankyou."
    - Mr Barnett, June 2017

"We created wonderful memories that we will cherish for many years to come. Thank you."
    - Miss Weed, November 2017
"As this was an early Christmas celebration weekend, the owners very kindly decorated the property for our group with lots of lovely Christmas decorations. We will be booking this property again for next years get together."
    - Mrs Topiwala, December 2017
"We were a family group of 18 people ranging from teenagers to grandparents spending christmas together. Everyone absolutely loved the place and it was more than what we had expected. The bedrooms are spacious and most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable and all had a good night's sleep. As it was all on the ground floor, access for grandparents was brilliant. Living room, dining room and kitchen areas were also very spacious which meant that we could all sit together and enjoy the time together. The christmas decor made the occasion more real. All rooms were cosy and warm and there was no shortage of toilets or showers. The swimming pool area was thoroughly enjoyed by teenagers and adults. It was brilliant that there was a dryer as we were able to dry everything off as it was winter season. As a family we would definitely like to come back in the summer months to enjoy more of the outdoor area. It was a perfect stay!"
    - Rev Byrne, January 2018
"The property, directions and key collection were great. The property was clean with lots of cleaning extras like washing powder and fabric conditioner available. The pool was good but in a rather uninviting barn where condensation was dripping from green slimy beams into the pool itself. A great outdoor space for dogs to run around and even dog towels provided which was a nice touch. Our only problem was the kitchen electric kept tripping when the oven was on as we tried to cook a meal for 15 hungry adults. Easily fixed but inconvenient! Another useful extra could be a hose pipe outside for washing muddy dogs and boots. Otherwise nice location, helpful owners and good car parking."
    - Mrs Mccallum, January 2018
"The communal spaces are large and plenty of seats to allow us to all sit together. We were there in the depths of winter but can imagine the garden being beautiful and peaceful in the summer. The owners were very helpful. I feel the pictures don't do it justice."
    - Mrs Nolan, February 2018
"We had a lovely week and the children loved the warm swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. Couple of comments: some of the bathrooms were a bit musty smelling and the kitchen was smaller than we’ve been used to for our group of 16 so we did find ourselves getting in each other’s way."
    - Mr Hastings, March 2018
"Ground floor ensuite bedrooms very good. Heated pool loved by 5 children May well come here again!"
    - Mrs Cardus, April 2018
"The only thing I could see to make an improvement was to make the kitchen bigger. The grounds and environment were superb and it was so peaceful with fabulous views. Thank you Owners for such an enjoyable week."
    - Mrs Hogan, May 2018
"The facilities were fantastic. We were a mixed age group of 20 people aged 1 to 70 and we all loved it. The pool was great and the kids loved the play area and having goalposts set up meant they could play football and we also managed a couple of games of rounders as the garden was huge. The rooms were all clean and spacious and the willows is very well laid out so you don't feel on top of each other. We took 2 dogs and the willows provided dog towels which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend the willows and would definitely return."
    - Mrs Postlethwaite, May 2018
"All of the rooms had en-suite and half of them had showers making our stay very comfortable. Had a great time, BBQ and outdoor speakers provided and the pool was great for the children"
    - Mrs Sawyer, May 2018
"No place to put recycling when the small kitchen bins were full. Needs more hooks in bathroom plus a towel rail A long mirror in bedrooms would be good. we were surprised not to receive a message from owner during the entire stay."
    - Mr Screen, June 2018
"Big, plenty of space for everyone involved (we had a party of 12). Communal dining area was perfect for lots of people to sit down for meals and games together and the swimming pool was always really warm! Kept in an out house a short walk (20 seconds) from house itself the owners keep it clean and serviced. I would happily recommend this venue for anyone who has extended friends or family and want time away together without the expense and hassle of going abroad. Oh and the beds where probably the most comfortable sleep I have had in years!"

The setting is idyllic and the gardens are kept beautifully. The house is really spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The pool is fantastic. Perfect temperature all the time. "We have just returned from The Willows after a fantastic weeks holiday. The house comfortably accommodated all 17 of us with ample car parking, garden space and room to spread out in the property. We made use of the bbq provided and the children spent at least 2 hours each day enjoying the heated pool. Washing machine and tumble drier were a lifesaver for a quick turnaround on soggy swimming costumes and towels!! Zip and link beds were brilliant for being able to customise the rooms for each group and were honestly the comfiest beds we've ever slept in away from home. Thank you for a fab week... highly recommend!!"
