The Beeches is a lovely three bedroom property which sits in the delightful leafy suburb of Lower Parkstone better known as Ashley Cross Green, which is situated on the A35 between Poole & Bournemouth.  The Beeches is a short stroll to the green giving this a friendly village like atmosphere, with great shops and vibrant community spirit, which offers many independant shops, restaurants and cafes which all centre around the Ashley Cross Green.

Entrance into spacious hallway which leads to the light and relaxing Lounge with two large sofa's, dining area with seating for eight, downstairs Cloak room.  The Kitchen comprices electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer,  TV room with sofa, & chairs, TV.  

First floor Family Bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin Seperate wc.

Bedroom 1 3ft single beds, and be made to 6ft by by zip and link to front of property  

Bedroom 2 5ft King size bed, with views to the rear of the property

Bedroom 3: Double Bed, with views to rear of the property

Included: All bed linen and towels, (please bring your own beach towels), WiFi, electricity, gas central heating, one high chair, one travel cot.

Smoking: Not permitted.

Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week

Local facilities: Beach a short drive away, Independant shops and restaurants just a short walk away.
