There is an interesting museum to explore and the Buxton Opera House often has "big name" name entertainment. Alton Towers theme park is a short drive away and offers year round activities, while keen cyclists can follow the High Peak Cycle Trail. This area offers a wide range of attractions and activities and makes a great holiday base.

Clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to a great pub and good walks at the Roaches and the reservoir. The host Suzanne was extremely friendly and welcoming. We will certainly return.
