The nearby village of Hathersage (2.5 miles) boasts a unique seasonal open air swimming pool and selection of shops and eateries.

Hope Valley and the fantastic honeypot village of Castleton are around 5 miles away and beautiful Edale (8 miles), which is home to the start and finish of the Pennine Way and walks up famous Kinder Scout. Approached via external steps down, the entrance leads you into open plan studio space. The lounge area offers a Smart TV and a sofa bed, an ideal spot to retreat to after a day of exploring. The kitchen area is well equipped and there is a dining area to enjoy meals. There is a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into twin beds upon request).

Completing the studio space is a shower room. Although there is no garden, guests are free to use the outdoor seating at the pub which enjoys lovely views.
