Arrival Information
Please ensure that you read the travelling instructions carefully as satellite navigation systems can be inaccurate. Please be aware to get to this park there is a long single track lane which is quite narrow and bumpy. Please drive with care on your approach to the lodges.
Facilities
There will be no BBQ’s allowed on park. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Security deposit
Please be aware that a security/key deposit of £100 is required with a swipe of a credit/debit card on arrival. Providing this does not need to be utilised, the deposit will be returned within 72 hours.
Any parties who book more than one lodge will be subject to a security deposit of £150 per lodge paid by cash only. Deposits will be refunded on departure as long as no damage has been caused.
Please note that your hot tub may not have reached the ideal temperature at the time of arrival. You may need to wait an additional time before being able to use the hot tub on your day of arrival.

Lodge was nicely decorated but everything felt sticky, could just be that the cleaning sprays have not been wiped off properly but it wasn't nice to eat at a sticky dining table. Sofas had stains on them which was offputting. Beds were comfortable. Lodge felt spacious for a family. It would have been good to know up front what is included in the lodge so we didn't have to pack extra. Washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, dishwasher tablets, teatowel x1, oven gloves all included but not toiletries, only 2 toilet rolls etc. All this is useful info when you have limited space in the car boot.

Stayed here for a week with our 4 month old baby. Area was nice, lodge was ok but could do with some updating. Hottub was lovely, clean and hot on arrival. Had a problem with wasps and couldn't have and doors or windows open as they would always come in and I didnt want by baby getting stung! Alerted the owners about a possible wasp nest on the lodge roof and was brushed off with 'it's just that time of year'. I asked for the roof to be checked but noone did anything... a fly net on the door or a fan in the lodge would have been helpful as it got very warm not being able to open a window.
