The owner is very helpful and prompt in dealing with any questions. Highly recommended.

Small garden required a little maintenance. The positives far outweigh the negatives and we would have no hesitation in returning to the property. Hayfield is an area well worth visiting.

Obvious signs that pets are welcome and we found it easiest to coral ours in the kitchen/diner area as it had no carpet in case of mishaps. The stair gate provided was useful as our dogs are tiny but as one of the attachment screws was missing it probably wouldn’t hold children or bigger dogs in any area. My only problem was how small the garden was and our dogs needed to be on leads to use it as they could fit through the gate, but there were so many lovely walks on the doorstep this really wasn’t too much of an issue. The house has everything provided, iron, hair dryer, fans, games, table tennis, pool table books etc etc (the only thing we couldn’t get working was Netflix) The owners were so helpful and accommodating that we would certainly want to return.
