The cottage is located in the charming village of Buxworth and is just a stone's throw from the beautifully restored Bugsworth Basin next to the canal in the High Peak. Nature and tranquillity surround you when meandering down the canal. For walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous trails across the Goyt Valley, Kinder Scout and Edale, and for those seeking something a little more challenging, the beginning of the Pennine Way is nearby. Why not take a trip and explore the four show caves at Castleton, Peak Cavern, Speedwell Cavern, Treak Cliff Cavern and Blue John Mine, all within 11 miles. Step into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy seating situated in front of the Smart TV. Come together around the breakfast bar and plan the day ahead or just sit a chat while a loved one cooks a meal nearby. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, with plenty of storage to store your groceries.
