2 Bedrooms - This 17th century Grade II listed traditional cottage has recently been improved to provide very attractive and cosy accommodation, in a stunning location with the back drop of Grindsbrook Booth at the beginning of the Pennine Way featured in BBC’s ‘The Village’.
The cottage is accessed from a farm track and is one of two cottages (Jim’s Cottage being the other) at this location, which can be booked together.
Situated in a quiet sleepy hollow, the added benefit exists of a nearby footpath and a very short walk takes you into the village itself. You enter the beamed cottage from the rear into the fully equipped kitchen, with all the essentials you will require for your stay, this being open plan to the dining and lounge area with its welcoming log burning stove, and views to the front garden.
The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed the second having two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower toilet and hand basin. Gardens are open plan but spacious to the front of the cottage.
This cottage is one of two cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 9 people, the other is: Jim's Cottage (Sleeps 5)
