You enter the cottage from the main front lawned garden and to your right is the well equipped and good sized, fully fitted beamed kitchen dining area. To your left is the beamed lounge with its welcoming log burning stove inset in a gritstone fireplace.
The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a king-size bed (and 2’6” single bed, more suitable for a child), the second bedroom having two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. The gardens are mainly to lawn but with a stone flagged sitting out area to the front.
