The kitchen was well finished with modern equipment and utensils. The dinning area is large and the lounge is very comfortable with TV access in both. There is a variety of bedrooms to suit all requirements with more TV access! The bathroom and the en-suites are modern and provide excellent facilities. Everything in this cottage is well maintained and if you do have an issue, the owners are just next door! Excellent value for money.

This did not take away the enjoyment of our holiday.

From the moment we walked in, the first thing that stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly made such a difference, you could just relax straight away knowing everything had been so well cared for. The comfort was just as impressive. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept so well, which doesn’t always happen when you’re away. The whole place just had that cosy, homely feel while still having all the mod cons you’d want. Debbie and Rob, the hosts, were so helpful and welcoming, which really added to the whole experience and made everything feel easy and well organised. And then there are the views. The countryside surrounding Heathylee is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and calming. It really helped us switch off and just enjoy being there. We came away feeling properly rested and would happily stay again. It’s one of those places where you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive.
