This barn is located in an elevated rural position with the back drop of Jughole Woods from where you can enjoy good walks into the Peak District National Park also you can take in the outstanding panoramic views up the Derwent Valley towards Chatsworth. Good facilities exist in nearby Matlock and a short drive will take you to the pretty market town of Bakewell at the heart of the area.

A farm track takes you to the property in its picturesque rural hillside setting. A few steps takes you up into the main entrance hall where you can remove your coats and boots after a good walk the property has been turned upside down to take full advantage of its position. A door to your left leads into an occasional study hall / sitting area this opens through to the spacious recessed bedroom area with imposing king sized double bed there are two stable doors from this room opening out onto the patio garden area by the barn. The stairs lead to the first floor and off the half landing to your left is the bathroom with Travertine wall and floor tiles under floor heating and walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.
