Not enough info regarding bins/places around the local area Shower needs upgrading and a bit bigger The damp problem (not mould ) in the main bedroom need urgent looking at , some of it is moving down the walls When we booked it never said that dogs couldn’t go upstairs like some property have said, thats why we didn’t go with them , but in the info book when we arrived , it’s said no dogs upstairs

Log fire is the main attraction for us, a beautiful place in a great location.

However there is room for improvement and feel over all it would benefit from a freshen up of the paint work. In particular there were stains on ceiling in the bedroom Shower cubicle is old but functional and sealant needs replacing. The main issue we had was that the microwave clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time as the roof had thick mould on it and was not fit for use. This has been flagged directly with the owner, who replied to say that it would be replaced. The garden was very secure for our dog but again needs a little TLC. I think if these things are addressed it would definitely be rated as excellent or more.
