This traditional long barn is located in a courtyard in a pretty village in the Peak District. For walkers, the challenging Pennine Way starts in nearby Eyam and offer guests a great way to explore the surrounding landscape. After a day spent traversing the hills and valleys of the peaks, guests can head to the local pub, The Miners Arms, which is just 200 yards from the property or why not visit the village tea rooms. The nearby pretty market townof Bakewell is a lovely place to meander through, or just a short drive away Chatsworth House offers English grandeur and stunning parklands. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One twin bedroom which can be linked to make a super king size bed and a super king bed which can be made into a twin upon request. There are also two en suites; made up of a shower room with toilet and hand basin and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. A spacious dining sitting room area with vaulted exposed beam ceilings and has a wonderful sense of character and charm, as well as delightful garden views from the large windows. There is also a super king bedroom which can made a twin bedroom upon request, with an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a private seating area that runs the full length of this spacious barn and provides a great spot for a BBQ and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Need to know: Three bedrooms: 2 x Super king size zip and link (which can be made up as twin beds if requested at the time of booking) and 1 twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as super kings if requested at the time of booking).
