On entering the property, you will immediately feel at home in the inviting ambience of the open-plan dining and kitchen area where a cosy wood-burning stove will be sure to keep all guests toasty and warm whilst dining on some delicious home-cooked meals prepared in the well-equipped stylish kitchen. Double doors lead off from the dining area into the comfy sitting room, where you can relax and unwind after a long day out exploring the stunning Peak District and the delights of Derbyshire. When it’s time for bed, there is a very convenient double bedroom with views over the garden on the ground floor and a further two bedrooms upstairs on the first floor; the master features a king-size bed with its own en-suite shower room and a characterful twin room along with a separate family bathroom.

Outside there is a delightful courtyard garden with a table and chairs, so you can dine al-fresco and enjoy a barbecue or two.
