The villages of Hathersage and Hope are also close by, both having good local amenities, and further up the valley there is Castleton, the Caves and the Blue John Mines.

This is a good base from which to explore the Dark Peak, in dramatic and contrasting surroundings.

The property is entered into a small hallway, to the right is the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that has all the essential equipment required for the stay.

Double patio doors in the lounge lead to the front of the property and the south facing sitting out area that enjoys the sun for most of the day and evening and is across from the owner’s stable yard and parking area.

To the left of the entrance is the bedroom that has a double bed and an en-suite shower room that has a large shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
