Stayed here from 16th-20th Feb. On arrival not too impressed at the amount of people at check in, even as I got there early. However the queue went down really fast.Checked in quickly and sent to lodge 3, a one bed lodge. The only thing I could fault was that it is very close to the road and lots of wagons and tractors drive up and down. Although, didn’t keep us awake. Parked next to the lodge. The treat boxes for the dogs in lodge was a lovely touch. Again, a small change, the tv is very close to the sofa, wasn’t 100% comfy.Poo bags and bins all round the site. Dog field a great touch.Free EV chargers (x2) was fantastic also. Perfect location. It snowed also while we were here and they had salted the road and extra boxes dotted around too. Dog facilities are great - free shower/shampoo and towels provided! Very impressed! The food at the restaurant was beautiful and not too expensive either. Staff here were fantastic. I look forward to booking in the future.
