Over in the kitchen, all can gather at the farmhouse dining table as you eagerly await food to be served, with a choice of cooking on the electric oven or the classic Range stove. With a wealth of appliances at hand, you have all you need for an easy self-catering stay, all atop beautiful slate flooring. A cloakroom sits beneath the stairs, while up on the first floor is where you can find the spacious bathroom which holds a bath and a separate walk-in shower too. When the evening draws in, choose from two bedrooms, either the king-size room or the twin room, with both benefiting from high ceilings and harmonious neutral hues, the twin room also contains a day bed for seating or an extra children's bed if needed on request. Being positioned nearby to the A515 means the property is within easy reach of many popular Peak District attractions, head to Bakewell for a taste of its famous confection of a Bakewell Tart in one of the several pretty tea rooms, before exploring the area by taking a walk along the River Wye. Visit the local Monday outdoor market for some shopping, or browse the quaint yellow-stone streets for souvenirs, head to The Old House Museum to see one of the oldest buildings in Bakewell and learn of some local history. Travel to the heart of the Peaks, the spa town of Buxton, where The Pavilion Gardens, Buxton Museum and Art Gallery, and Poole's Cavern and Buxton Country Park all offer wonderful ways to spend the day, not to mention the many beautiful golf courses in the area. With walks in the great outdoors right on your doorstep, Greenlow will offer you the perfect spot from which to enjoy the Peaks.

Found within the beautiful Dove Valley is the village of Hartington, enjoying a wonderful location in the Peak District National Park. It is popular with tourists and is a great spot to visit, at one time being an important market town in the Middle Ages too. With shops, pubs and local businesses offering all the amenities you need, you need look for further than Hartington. It is also within easy reach of the very popular Buxton and Bakewell.
