    Mrs Deborah Walsh, SOUTH SHIELDS,
"A beautiful house, in a peaceful setting, with a lovely family and dog friendly feel to it. "
Mrs Vivienne Handley, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
"The house was so comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. It was in a perfect position for exploring the Peak District, and there were two really good pubs within walking distance of the house."
    Mrs J Mackett, Hythe,
"The position of the property was ideal, central to the area we wanted to visit. It was situated right alongside a long distance footpath, ideal for walking. It was very dog friendly, with a utility room and "dog house" and a secure, private garden. The house was clean and welcoming, a home from home with lovely pictures on the walls. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful."
    Mrs Debbie Gilder, Ruislip, Middlesex
"The property was lovely, comfortable and well equipped."
    Mrs Deborah Walsh, SOUTH SHIELDS,
"A lovely, warm & dog friendly holiday home with ample space indoors & outdoors. The housekeeper could not have been more helpful and found information out for us prior to our arrival. The pub opposite is also dog friendly and the food was delicious. We are returning later in the year to this holiday home."
Dr Ros Hartwell, Stockport, Greater Manchester
"The cottage is lovely, very modern and well equipped. The real fire in the sitting room was an added bonus. The location is also great, it's quiet but has a pub with good food a stones throw away. Plus access to lovely walks and bikes rides. The added bonus is that the housekeeper and owner are lovely and very accommodating. Couldn't recommend this place more."
    Mr Kevin Barker, Manchester,
"We felt at home the moment we walked through the door, the kids loved it too, there was plenty of space and it was very tastefully decorated for a holiday let. We stayed over Christmas so the log fire and the huge television were very handy and it snowed! Perfect all round really."
    Mrs Angela Snape, Southport,
"We had a wonderful family get together for my birthday weekend. Very comfortable property in a lovely situation, and very close to the Knot Inn, which we can highly recommend for food. We would not hesitate to recommend this house, and would love to visit again."

"A lovely House in a quiet rural location. Next to great walks along the old railway track lined with trees, leading to a beautiful lake. The lounge has 3 very comfortable settees and a rocking chair. Had a very nice secluded garden with lots of outdoor seating and it was really good to have 3 double bedrooms as well as a child's room."
Mrs Denise Jones, Wigan, Greater Manchester

"A wonderful mini break to celebrate my Father's 60th birthday! A super property, one which ticked all the boxes for us and made it a very pleasurable stay! Great location, beautiful décor, certainly a warm, friendly family feel. We would happily recommend this property to friends and family, and would be thrilled to stay again should we visit the area in the future. "
" We booked Linden House for our girlie weekend away to the Peak District and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We were greeted with a welcome card and a complimentary bottle of vino which was a lovely touch. The cottage is beautifully presented with everything you might need (and more) for a long weekend away. It is the perfect base for a beautiful walk (or run) around the lake and is close to Leek with all the amenities you might need! There is even a little built in dog house in the utility which would be wonderful for a pooch! There were 8 of us staying and it housed us more than comfortably. The pub is literally a 2minute walk from the front door and the meal we had there on the last night was impeccable. We are already planning our next trip here, it's an amazing find so thank you for a cracking weekend. Many thanks from Lins, Karen, the 2 Nic's, Eileen, Anne, Vicky, Mary and our honouree boy Milo (the baby)xx "
