Lake View is a contemporary designer home that holds a beautiful lakeside setting, and comes not only with hot tub, but its own pub, the most innovative outdoor space and simply breath taking views.
Inside the property is spacious, set out over one level, and the floor to ceiling glass windows really make the most of the far reaching views. The living space is modern in design, open plan to ensure sociable and incredibly accommodating for family and group getaways. Outside, you will find lots of outdoor seating perfect for al fresco dining and the property is south facing so expect the sun from sunrise to sunset. There’s a BBQ, hot tub area and your own pub complete with a dart board and pool table.
Set within 14 acres, there’s ample opportunity for walks, and access to Rudyard Lake is just 150m. Here you can fish or take out the kayak, totally switch off and relax in the serene setting. If you can bring yourself to leave, the location is on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The market town of Leek is just 10 minutes away, and Britain’s premier theme park Alton Towers is half an hour away. Young or old, there really is something for everyone!

The house its self looks amazing, the views are also great. The down side was the general condition of the cottage, it was very tired in places, 2 of the showers were full of Lime scales and only half of the shower head produced any water. The kitchen tap was faulty, we had to be very careful whilst using. The bedroom off the living spaces doors got stuck and wouldn't open (with someone inside the room).The fridge didn't have any inside door pockets/shelves for milk or bottles. 2 of the 3 sliding doors wouldn't open.The bathroom cabinets in the single bed room is falling to pieces. The most disappointing was the hot tub, we got changed to go in but after seeing the scum floating on the top we decided not to bother.
