Situated in the village of Ellingham, a few miles inland from the coast, this traditional barn conversion is perfectly located for family holidays. This property sleeps up to 8 people and welcomes 2 pets.

This pretty stone built barn has been converted to offer traditional cottage accommodation for eight guests in four bedrooms. The property is spacious and light with a well equipped kitchen and a large farmhouse table and chair. The comfortable living room has a couple of sofas and a wood burning stove - perfect for relaxing in the evening. Outside there’s a lovely courtyard with table and chairs for a little alfresco dining.

Glebe Court Cottage is on the edge of Ellingham which has a village pub and close to the beautiful Heritage Coast (Seahouses and Beadnell at just a 15 minute drive) and the historic market town of Alnwick. You may recognise Alnwick Castle as the location of Hogwarts from the Harry Potter movies. This is the perfect destination for an active holiday with golf, walking, cycling, sailing and horse riding all available locally.

Ground floor:

Inner hall: seating for two and French doors onto the courtyard

Kitchen/dining room: Stanley range cooker (also provides heating), table and eight chairs,

Dishwasher, microwave, double electric oven with ceramic hob, larder fridge, freezer.

Utility room: washing machine.

Living room: wood burning stove, 2 sofas, additional chairs, TV, DVD.

Master bedroom: double bed, TV and ensuite.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, cot (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot), TV

Bedroom 3: twin beds.

Family bathroom: bath with separate hot water shower with small built-in tiled shelf seat, WC, wash hand basin, shaver point.

First floor:

Bedroom 4: double bed, TV.

Entertainment: lounge TV & DVD,  3 bedrooms have a TV, CD player.

For families: children of all ages welcome. Wooden cot (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot), high chair, stairgate, games cupboard. No enclosed outside space but the beaches are only a short drive.

Outside: courtyard with table and chairs.

Parking: parking for two cars

General: central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided.
