Our stay at the cottage was very enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and offered ample space with all the necessary amenities. The rear garden is a useful feature, though a higher perimeter fence would provide better security for guests with dogs, as we were concerned about ours jumping over it. We also experienced a technical issue with the television, where Disney+ repeatedly loaded and played Bluey without our input; it appeared as though the device was being controlled remotely or by a neighbouring property. The onsite pub staff are friendly and the food is of a high standard. While there are several pleasant walks in the area, some public rights of way are currently overgrown or poorly marked. We stayed an extra night because we weren't ready to go home and thankfully the host was able to extend our stay. It was great that the place is so dog friendly. Will book again.
