Most guests found the property clean and comfortable, though there were isolated complaints about cleanliness, such as unclean kitchenware and cigarette butts in the garden.

The location is appreciated for its rural setting and proximity to a dog-friendly pub. It's ideal for walkers and those seeking tranquility, though some guests noted it's a bit remote with shops a short drive away.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, the 1st time we were in a 2 bed, this time we had a 3 bed, its great for dogs as the back garden/yard is enclosed. There is a dog friendly pub on site with great food as well. Would recommend it.

We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was nicely placed in the countryside, with nice dog walks nearby and easily commutable to Blackpool for a day out. The hosts were proactive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
