Hazelgrove Lodge Barn is a luxurious home away home perfect for spending quality time with the people you love. Built by the owners themselves, this impressive barn stands proudly against a backdrop of spectacular scenery. The panoramic views must be seen to be believed and are captured throughout the building so you can wake up to the most incredible sunrises across the valley, watch the deer in the fields below as you sip your morning coffee or gaze at the stars while you cosy up on the sofas. issues which include, separate entrances on the lower two floors as well as a bedroom with wet room style bathroom on the lower ground floor. The main living area is open plan and the real heart of this home. Enjoy dinner with a view as you look out across the moors, and sip cocktails on the internal balcony which can be enjoyed in all weathers. Upstairs, there are a further four bedrooms. The master has a luxurious kingsize bed with its own private balcony as well as a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The second, kingsize bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with the most amazing views. There is also another kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom. As dog lovers themselves, the owners have gone above and beyond to make your dog’s stay just as wonderful as yours with a warm dog shower outside – perfect for washing muddy paws (and wellies) after a long walk.
Set on the border of Lancashire and Yorkshire, with two National Parks within 30 minutes, there is an abundance of things to do in this amazing area. The property itself is nestled down a farm track, which also makes up part of the Pennine Bridleway, so there are plenty of walks from the very doorstep taking you across the rugged Lancashire moors. Wycoller and Bronte Country is just 6 miles away, where you can follow in the footsteps of Heathcliff and Cathy. The bustling market town of Skipton, known as ‘The gateway to the Dales’ is just 8 miles away where guests can enjoy the local market and a selection of pubs, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, can be reached in under 40 minutes offering an abundance of walking, cycling and fantastic local gastronomy to try including two Michelin Star restaurants. Pendle Hill with its rich history, most notably for the witch trials, is also nearby and has fantastic walking and cycling through the surrounding villages and over the hill itself where you’ll be rewarded with views across the Ribble Valley, Yorkshire Dales, and Lancashire Moors. A 9-holf golf course can be found just a 7-minute drive away. If you fancy going slightly further afield, The Lake District, Fylde Coast and Peak District National Park can all be reached in an hour.

A great barn conversion with excellent amenities situated in beautiful rolling moorland with far reaching views, we spotted deer, heron and a barn owl which was very exciting for our granddaughter.Hazelgrove Lodge Barn has been finished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean on arrival with a lovely selection of 'goodies' to make us feel welcome.Cheryl was a responsive and helpful host with great communication.It was great the each bedroom had it's own ensuite or private bathroom facilities and the extremely large kitchen/lounge/diner was a great social space to gather. However if you wanted peace and quiet there is a comfy snug on the lower ground floor.It was very well equipped and Cheryl provided a travel cot, highchair and stair gates. Tesco's are able to deliver which was a huge relief as we needed supplies for 10!!There are lots of places of interest to visit within a short drive which makes Hazelgrove Lodge Barn an ideal base from which to explore.Would highly recommend a stay here.

Hazelgrove Lodge Barn is an amazing barn conversion. No expense has been spared in equipping Hazelgrove to the highest luxurious standards. The open plan arrangement of the kitchen, dining area and lounge facilitate a real communal feel whist been spacious enough to give those who need to chill the freedom to do so. Bedrooms well appointed and ensuites and bathrooms superb. Balconies great. In summary an excellent place to stay, overlooking stunning panoramic views. Cheryl and Stephen were wonderful friendly hosts. Our three families and faithful dog Henry had a ball! And plenty places close at hand to visit. We highly recommend Hazelgrove Lodge Barn.

Hazelgrove was the perfect choice for our family gathering - it offered a large open plan space for eating and relaxing and comfortable bedroom spaces for everyone. It was very well equipped. The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the deer and other wildlife. It was a great location for day trips to places of interest. Highly recommended.
