The area leading up to the caravan park was not at all inviting. The instructions for the location of the caravan were good and we were able to locate the key.Unfortunately when we got inside the place had not been cleaned there were dirty plates and used linen still on the beds. We contacted the owner who contacted the cleaners who said there was an error on the system that they use to be notified of the caravans that have been vacated and need cleaning. We were asked to give them an hour to clean which we did and came back and the place had been cleaned and there was fresh linen on the beds. We did have to wash some of the cutlery and crockery before we used it and the grill pan still had melted cheese on it. The caravan was warm enough but we could have done with some instructions for the heating but managed to figure it out ourselves. There were no instructions for disposing of waste and recycling so we had to leave our rubbish in the bin.
