The property's facilities, including the games room, cinema room, and EV charging point, are well-received. However, several guests mention a lack of adequate kitchen equipment for large groups and some maintenance issues like unusable scissors and a shortage of saucepans, which affects the score.

We enjoyed every minute and would definitely book again. There was 15 of us and every single person was happy with everything and the owner is lovely and very accommodating. Even the booking was so easy and straight forward. The cinema room is fantastic and all the rooms was lovely and clean and beds very comfortable and big . 5 star from all of us and thank you again . Also the dog loved it

..the lack of large pans (and serving spoons) made catering tricky. There was a truly vast pan and a set of 4 small saucepans, but nothing in the middle. My wish for the owners would be provide some 5 or 6 litre stock pots/casserole pots with lids. Our family is mixed veggies/meatatarians, and it was tricky to cater for +/- meat options of curries, pasta sauces... Apart from that, the house and everything about it is lovely. Thank you so much for our stay...we had a lovely time. :)

Cinema room and games room were a brilliant addition and kept the teenagers happy (and adults!). Loved the decor and lots of space for everyone. Facilities good and near to the sea and lakes so a good all round. We all loved our stay and wished it was for longer … hopefully we will all be back …. Thank you Ian The only thing the kitchen needs are some bigger frying pans and a few more large saucepans when catering for 14 people and also some serving spoons would be useful too. Other than that plenty of everything else.
