Clean and comfortable. Couple of handles were missing some screws but that is an easy fix. WIFI had intermittent drop in signal when it got to around dinner time as I assume more people came back to the park. Only feedback would be it would have been useful to know ahead of time that the key safe was located at the caravan itself and that you were required to walk to the caravan from the reception area to retrieve the key in the first instance to collect the fob to get through the barrier with the car. This wasn't an issue for us but could be an issue for those with more restricted mobility as the caravan was quite far into the site.

Only minor issues were toilet roll holder fell off and I got locked in the main bathroom as the handle was a bid dodgy but managed to get out to tell the tale. Lovely caravan and will definitely go back again.

The crockery was badly worn. The bottle opener was broken. There was no utensil for lifting a fried egg excetra out of pan. Two pans without lids. One bottle of hand wash provided for three sinks. Only two toilet rolls for two toilets. The gas hob and splash back had not been cleaned , fat splashes. The carpet had not been cleaned up to the edges of the room. No contact details left for any gripes. No information about local amenities or attractions. I feel that this property has a long way to go compared to other properties. Otherwise a nice lodge that needs Tlc
