This property was just perfect for us visiting relatives in the area .Arrrived 18th October and we had the best weeks weather of the month . We received the most generous welcome pack we have ever had! The house was really clean and had a lovely fresh smell,the beds were really comfy with quality linen.Lovely and warm with plenty of hot water when needed.We always bring our own supplies but there were plenty of towels, toilet rolls and tea,coffee and sugar etc if we needed them .The walk into Lytham was 5 minutes and there were lots of eateries to keep us happy all week including the poshest Wetherspoons we have ever had a drink in ! The communication from the owner was excellent and we look forward to another visit..Thank-you

There was no dressing table in either of the bedrooms, no hairdryer & most of the soft furnishings had seen better days. We also think it very mean to only provide 1 toilet roll. However, the bed was comfortable, the cottage was situated in a nice area with local facilities & the TV &Wifi were very good.
