Wow! Just wow! Sam went above and beyond to make this a beautiful, home from home. So much thought and care, from little treats, to necessities provided, to the whole ambience. It was an absolute treasure providing a perfect base for a much needed break. Loved the ducks, the hot tub, a pretty garden, loved everything. From us both, thank you for everything. We will be back, and do absolutely, highly recommend this wonderful place!

A great house in a beautiful part of the country. Particularly enjoyed looking up at the stars through the skylights in the top bedroom, and easing aches and pains in the hot tub after a day of walking. Sam is a lovely and very understanding host!

A lovely little cottage, in a great location for the Lakes and the Peninsula. The cottage is exceptionally clean and feels very homely. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to go off buying lots of extras as it was well equipped. I'd recommend this, and great value too.
