The apartments offer luxurious self-catering accommodation just on the outskirts of Kendal, the gateway to The Lakes.  This excellent location, unspoilt views to the farmland and the river make these apartments the perfect base for the Lake District Retreat.  Guests have access to all of the 200 acre land including walks, woodland and nearby river and there is fishing on the river during the fishing season, the owners have rights for one rod as long as guests hold the relevant rod license.  Part of the 200 acre site is a working farm where guests can request to visit/feed the lambs . . .
