Set within Howgill Valley, on the owners farmland grounds you have plenty on offer along with breath taking views over the valley. The historic village of Sedbergh is around a 20 minute walk away. Here you can enjoy a variety of amusements from friendly local pubs to quirky shops to quality eateries. Only a short drive away is the Lake District National Park which boats an array of activities such as, taking a boat tour around Lake Windermere or if you prefer to be more adventurous hire a boat and head out yourself. Kendal is a few miles away and is a town stepped in history with Kendal Castle which provides stunning views across the town plus a variety of shops or venues to take your pick from. Heading up the footpath, inside this fabulous property you will immediately find yourself in the cosy yet surprisingly spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area with wood burner effect electric fire. This lovely light space boasts French doors leading to the outside, stunning countryside views and bench seat making it a perfect venue for relaxing whatever the weather.
