The cottage is in a courtyard of three similar properties, located within one of Sedbergh s old commercial yards, just off the high street. From the parking area, a few steps lead up into the snug with the amazing wood burner and cosy seating area. Next up is the lounge with two comfy sofas surrounding a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Tucked away in the corner is the dining area with oak seating and a table. It s perfectly positioned for accessing the stylish kitchen with wooden flooring. Up the winding stairs to the first floor, where you ll find the main bedroom with a super king size bedroom and en suite shower room. The second bedroom is also a super king size and along the hall is the family bathroom. Outside there is a lovely patio area with seating to enjoy sunny summer days. Please note this property is accessed via Weavers Yard, which is a very narrow lane and is therefore not suitable for large vehicles such as trucks, large vans and mini buses. Need to know: 2 bedrooms super king size. 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom with bath and WC and 1 en suite shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV in the lounge and 1 bedroom. Patio with seating. Parking for 1 car, an extra parking space is available (subject to availability). Additional free parking is available at the end of the lane. Shop and pub within 1 mile.
