Head down to explore Glenridding and Ullswater before hopping aboard the steamboat which offers a fantastic experience of the Lake or if you prefer to hire a Kayak or canoe and head out onto the water yourself. The bustling town of Penrith is only a short drive away and has plenty of local eateries and shops to choose from. This stunning lodge is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy luxury comforts. As soon as you enter the open plan living space you will see the detail and expense the owners have gone to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge boasts a corner sofa with armchair surrounding the flame effect electric fire and Smart TV. The kitchen is stylish with all you need to cook up a feast for any meal. There is an gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Head on down the hall where you will find the comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom housing a king size bed with wall mounted TV and plenty of storage space plus a en suite shower room which has shower and WC. Also, off the hall is the twin room and the main shower room with shower and WC. The decking area has been tastefully created to reflect comfort with seating area and your own private hot tub so you can enjoy those lovely evenings with a drink under the stars. Private parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin room. 1 en suite shower room with shower and WC and 1 shower room with WC. Gas oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart TV in lounge and TV in king size bedroom. Private parking for 2 cars. Decking with seating and BBQ. Private hot tub. Village pub within walking distance guests offered 10% reduction off food & drink. Welcome pack and toiletries provided. Towels not included (can be hired from owner on arrival at a charge of 15 for the lodge). Paddock space available for horses at an additional charge (please ask on booking). This property can only be booked as a standalone property and not in conjunction with a larger group booking involving other properties on site.. Please note that the property only accepts small medium sized dogs only, large dogs will not be allowed on the site . Please be advised all dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds .
