The property its self was O K but it was lacking in home comforts The chairs in the main room were not very comfortable we couldn’t sit on them . TheTV in the room was very small and no T V in the bedrooms . Lack of a ironing board and iron no hairdryer little thing it’s a shame because it was a lovely place and we would of gone back again if it hadn’t been lacking what l would expect from a holiday home .

Perfect location for exploring the fells and other places of interest. The welcome pack of bacon, eggs and wine was much appreciated. The owner was there to welcome us and was always available next door.
