Our 2nd stay here. Clean, tidy and welcoming as always. Ideal for us as its a proper relaxing holiday. Yes you have to drive into Maryport for groceries, but we tend to do it on our way in. Nice little cafe, @seaglass coffee, within 5 minutes walk fir a fabulous breakfast, either it in or takeaway. Meals available at the nearby pub and Jack's Surf Shack. Brucie bonus having a hose in the back yard to wash the dog down after his run on the beach. Nice clean beach 5 minutes walk away. Will definitely be back later in the year. Only downside is the neighbour who owns a nissan pick up who insists on parking at front door which makes taking in luggage etc awkward, but luckily there is parking out back.

We've stayed here four or five times now. Always lovely and clean. Needs a little tlc, shower head is loose and I got locked in the bathroom as the lock fell off from the outside! Not a deal breaker though, we'll be back as we love this little house. 😀

The cottage was as described when we booked. Spacious, comfortable, homely and dog friendly. It had everything we needed at hand for a much needed relaxing break we hoped for.The only issue we had was parking outside the cottage, due to 2 other vehicles being permanently parked where we were led to believe we would be able to park. It was inconvenient for us at the time but…… we will definitely be rebooking in the near future.
