Lovely remote location. The house itself was massive and a really relaxing place to enjoy a couple of nights away. Had all the mod cons needed as well as a well maintained hot tub. We took our dog who was in the secure grounds of the cottage and had plenty of places nearby to go for a walk.Drove to Kielder Water and to Hadrian's Wall for a walk during the day. Plenty of places that are closer if you want to explore, was 50 minutes to Kielder and about 35 to the place on Hadrian's Wall we chose to walk to. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get away from it all for a bit.
