Low Moat whilst in this wonderful countryside setting is only four miles from Longtown and close to the Solway Coast in Dumfries and Galloway, the Lake District National Park and Northumberland National Park so ideally situated to explore both England and Scotland by car.
Closer to home you can enjoy miles of quiet country lanes either by foot or bike!! After a day exploring the countryside what better than to return to your tranquil retreat at Low Moat, relax in the hot tub watching the dark starry skies. Bliss!

Lovely little farm cottage and perfect getaway for Christmas for us. Garden was great for our dog.. nice and enclosed. Hot tub was lovely and loved the Christmas decorations. Cottage was well equipped.. enough cookware for making our Beef Welly (don't tell the cows that we had that). Really loved the prosecco and fresh eggs also. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Wow, what a placethe cottage was just perfect and exactly the space we needed to relax and unwind. It was peaceful and the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day of sightseeing in Carlisle. We would absolutely 100% book again.
