When you book a house/apartment to stay at you expect it to be clean, look like the images that sold the residence to you in the first place. The residence was not simply a place to stay but had been fitted by the owners in a manner that made one feel that it was a home (albeit temporary) for anyone to stay at. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful with a local village 10 minutes away with shops etc. you may need. This was a perfect example of a contrast to the way so many properties fail. John and Haley made the home feel welcoming and feel rather austere. Upon arrival the lights were left on for us, tea, coffee, milk and more were all there to make us feel immediately at home. We had 3 of our children with us 21, 12 and 7 - and they very much enjoyed their stay. Very good value for money and would recommend without hesitation.
