Very disappointing. Outer front door lock not working -when repaired not given key. Electric bulbs missing and some rooms no bedside lamps. Two down stair toilets - one at front no handle to flush. One of the fridges in kitchen damaged door and unusable. No toilet rolls in the bath rooms and no teaspoons in the kitchen. Only one sharp knife in the kitchen. Four kettles and only two worked. Outside where the bins were - disgustingly dirty and smelly. Beds could have have been better - no mattress covers on some.Plenty of hot water but some showers had no curtains. I think cottages .com need to inspect this property.

We had a lovely weekend gateway with my friends.The location is very good but some amenities are bad like the sauna is not working, the jacuzzi operating buttons not functioning well, one of the shower room is not draining well. No towel rack and some toilet roll holder are broken. It will be nice if all of this are working well most especially the jacuzzi and the sauna.
