A nice cottage with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very quiet. The neighbours apologized for the noise even though we did not hear them. Entering the driveway required some attention as it opens onto a 60 mph road. Fortunately the road is not to busy.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. A bit short on some kitchen items, e.g. saucepans and "dishwasher tablets under the sink" - no, there weren't. We had to buy some and even give one to our neighbours - and shops are not near. No handwash in bathroom. Minor complaints perhaps, but worth mentioning. Easy to miss the entrance track from the main road - better signs would help.

Cottage in general was lovely as was the owner, Peter.Several things let the property down, only one toilet roll, a badly fitting toilet seat, shower running hot and cold, no cleaning materials and no vacuum cleaner, only one dishwasher tablet, and too few towels. Also, no curtains or blinds at the windows. The mattress wasn't comfortable. These things are minor but would make any stay perfect.
