This beautifully renovated cottage, ready for summer 2024, offers a serene escape with views over a vast communal lawn and access to 7 acres of woodland and meadows, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and dog lovers. Located just 6 miles from the coast, The Rabbits Warren provides easy access to the charming seaside towns of Staithes, Whitby, and Runswick Bay, each offering beautiful beaches and coastal charm.
As you step inside The Rabbits Warren, you’re greeted by a modern and welcoming kitchen, open plan with a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The separate lounge features comfortable seating on two sofas around the TV, providing a cosy spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Upstairs, you’ll find a beautifully furnished king bedroom and a double bedroom, along with a modern shower room, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.
We welcome dogs but insist you don’t allow your animals upstairs or in the bedrooms.

A lovely clean and cosy cottage with plenty of room. A lot to do within a 20 minute drive. The bed was so comfortable you didn't want to get up. The only downside was the road noise was very loud despite the cottage being set back and the shower was temperamental. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again

The Rabbits Warren is in a very nice setting. A little isolated but overall very nice. The beds are very comfortable. All of the rooms spacious and clean. The only improvements I would recommend is that basics be on offer, salt and pepper etc. The shower is very temperamental with the temperature setting difficult to control.
