No smoking.. This beautifully renovated cottage, ready for summer 2024, offers a serene escape with views over a vast communal lawn and access to 7 acres of woodland and meadows, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and dog lovers. Located just 6 miles from the coast, The Rabbits Warren provides easy access to the charming seaside towns of Staithes, Whitby, and Runswick Bay, each offering beautiful beaches and coastal charm.

As you step inside The Rabbits Warren, you’re greeted by a modern and welcoming kitchen, open plan with a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The separate lounge features comfortable seating on two sofas around the TV, providing a cosy spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Upstairs, you’ll find a beautifully furnished king bedroom and a double bedroom, along with a modern shower room, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.

We welcome dogs but insist you don’t allow your animals upstairs or in the bedrooms.

    Lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean, larger than expected and plenty of space for our two dogs to enjoy-open garden, we sat outside in bench with cuppa. Cozy blankets to snuggle under were clean provided. Tea, sugar and coffee provided too.
