A holiday home in the centre of Seahouses, the perfect base for exploring Northumberland and the Heritage Coastline.

Eden Vale, sleeping 5 guests, is a mid-terraced house in the centre of Seahouses, close to the main street, harbour and beach all within walking distance. In the summer, boat trips leave from the Harbour every hour to the Farne Islands, taking visitors to see colonies of grey seals and puffins. Ideally located for exploring the Heritage coastline and the rest of Northumberland. It also has a games room on the top floor, boasting a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table, perfect for keeping the whole family entertained.

Beds: 1 x kingsize, 3 x single. (2 x kingsize, 1 x single until 21st March 2020).

Kitchen/dining area: Double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds.

Bedroom 3: Single bed. SEGA mega drive with 40 inbuilt games, 2 controllers, TV monitor (not TV access).

Bathroom: Bath, over bath shower, WC and washbasin.

Second floor:

Games room: Pool table. Air hockey table. Football table.

Garden: Enclosed, naturally paved back yard with charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture. Small front garden with garden bench that catches the sun all day (not enclosed).

Parking: Off road parking for 1 car.

Heating: Oil central heating.

General: Wifi. Linen and towels. Initial supply of logs. Hairdryer. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.

Pets: 3 dogs are welcome at an additional charge per pet per week or part thereof. Please contact the holiday agency directly if you are bringing pets, to inform and make payment.
