Last minute booking over the Easter weekend. The staff were absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much and any issues were resolved quickly and with a friendly professional manner. We experienced unexpected glitches (heating/toaster/tv) but the staff went over and beyond to resolve everything swiftly. The caravan itself was very nicely decorated and new. A nice touch to provide a new tea towel/dish cloth/washing up liquid/milk sachets/some toilet roll. The kitchen was very well equipped, but if your going to be using the oven bring an oven mitt. The site is quiet, some activities available onsite over Easter, due to the weather we stayed onsite. Luckily, the Coast & Country make nice meals and even let us do a takeaway. Sadly, we didn't see any deer. Cons - you cannot hire golf buggies, this would have been really useful to explore the site in all weathers. The toilet could do with hooks for hanging your towels. The decking was covered in leaves and generally in need of a good brush prior. No pool facility, but there's a tennis court and a good playground. Pro's - very friendly site with friendly staff, good compact modern caravan, would return.
