This is a lovely little lodge in a beautiful and incredibly peaceful location. We stayed for a week and found it a great base to visit the Northumberland coast. The lodge is really comfy, spacious, clean and mostly well equipped. (We were left minimal loo roll and no tea towels, but these are small niggles.) The weather wasn’t kind enough to enjoy the garden, but it was a good size and enclosed which was perfect for our dog. The remote location means you have to drive for any amenities, but it wasn’t an issue for us, (we loved the peace and quiet) and the owners have left lots of local information. Being so close to some stunning beaches is a real bonus. Highly recommend.

Great lodge, well equipped and very comfortable. Was spotlessly clean on arrival. Lovely outdoor space to relax and watch the wildlife.
