On road parking. Visit England 4 Star.. Harbour Lodge is idyllically situated only 100 yards from the harbour of Amble,’known locally as ’the friendliest port’. Nestled at the end of a stone built terrace, Harbour Lodge and its neighbouring property were added in recent years. Harbour Lodge provides contemporary and stylishly furnished holiday accommodation spread over three floors.

The spacious entrance hall leads to a very well equipped kitchen/dining room on the ground floor boasting quality wood units with many integral appliances. A separate utility area with washer/dryer also offers useful space for coats and outdoor equipment. On the first floor there is a bright and spacious living room with sumptuous seating to snuggle in front of the large TV and where doors lead onto an enclosed balcony area to take in the sea air and enjoy the views. A twin bedroom and luxurious spa bathroom are also positioned on this level. Two further bedrooms; one a spacious family room with views towards the sea and harbour and the other, another immaculately presented twin bedroom adjacent to a fresh shower room are on the top floor.

    Location was excellent, a matter of minutes from the fantastic port and high street.Communication with the owner was great. Property has a quirky layout and had everything we needed. Enclosed garden and furniture would benefit from a little TLC but very functional space. A couple of minor issues were raised directly with owner, ie microwave, velux in bedroom but neither effected our stay.Happy to recommend but property is spread over 3 floors and would benefit massively from a downstairs WC

    Ideal place to relax. Fantastic pub within 200 yards Harbour Inn great staff and great food (advisable to book).All shops within walking distance.

    Good location right next to harbour. Clean and very spacious. Garage for bikes/paddle board was helpful.
