Situated just 45 yards from Framlington Villa (ref CC324023), in a peaceful location and surrounded by stunning open countryside, this property provides comfortable and quality accommodation. Ideal for up to four guests, the lodge is south facing with full glass frontage maximising light and ambiance and the outside decks are ideal to enjoy some quiet time in the sun. The lodge is immaculately presented throughout with much thought, care and attention to the finer details. Framlington Corner is ideally situated, providing a suitable base to explore Northumberland’s historic landmarks and wonderful scenery.
The historic town of Rothbury is 4 miles away, while Alnwick and Morpeth are both approximately 9 miles. Locally, Longframlington is ¾ mile from the property and offers 2 pub restaurants, a newsagents, a café, bakery, award winning butchers and a general store. The historic market town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you can explore the Alnwick Gardens and the famous castle used in the Harry Potter films, or spend time browsing in Barter Books bookstore, created within the former Alnwick Rail Station.
Heading east is the beautiful Heritage Coastline, miles of unspoilt beaches, castles, seaside towns, boat trips, and of course fish and chips! Head inland to Kielder Water for the highly acclaimed Northumberland International Dark Sky Park and Kielder Observatory, osprey watching on the reservoir or see the wildlife abound along woodland and country trails. Beach 13 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
