Fab little cottage in an excellent location. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning units which were needed as we were lucky to hit some hot weather. Great weekend had. Would definately stay again.

We loved staying at Up North. The cottage is in a great location where all the amenities and attractions of Alnwick are just a walk away. Parking arrangements worried us before we got there but there are plenty of free long stay car parks, we used the one at the top of Pickwick Lane. The Market Tavern across the road is terrific. The only thing we couldn’t find was a shaver plug for my husband’s razor, but we bought an adapter easily.
